Passionately we love Barcelona! This metropolis is conspicuous by its culture, its climate, gastronomy, legendary football team and especially good humor. Barcelona is a city where it's hard to be bored. For its privileged location, it exudes a perpetual holiday atmosphere, with playful Gaudí houses coexist peacefully with Gothic architecture. What a joy to be able to take a dip after taking eyes full by visiting these architectural wonders!
Tireless, Barcelona! When the sun goes down and the museums close, the Barcelona night ablaze. Favorite destination of revelers from all over Europe. Here, the nights can be longer than the days ...
In summary, a lively destination, displaying a prized tolerance among young people (not bad Erasmus students spree ...) and older people who are here today and enterprising Spain, less folk, and voluntarily away from clichés jet-setter bullfighter or almodovarienne flamenco-punk singer.
But by wanting to please the greatest number, would it not become too sanitized, too predictable, perhaps?
The historic center is organized around the Rambla, a real thrilling artery leading from Plaza Catalunya to the port, with its florists, painters, street musicians and human statues. Add to that efficient public transport, and you get an idea of the charm of Barcelona.
